As a guest, many times a cosmetic facial treatment is equivalent to a small wellness. But remember, for us beauticians (although we do it with the heart and soul), this is our job.
Any canceled, unused dates give us a loss of revenue. We have canceled another guest because of you, so please follow these rules to avoid any inconvenience:
At any time, it can happen to anyone that you can’t come for unforeseen reasons. In this case, if you want to change or cancel the time of treatment, please do so no later than 24 hours before the booked time, so I also have enough time to give this time to others.
If someone does not come to the agreed time without canceling, or cancels within 24 hours the next time, please pay 50% of the price of the entered treatment in addition to the price of the current treatment! If it happens to someone a second time that they do not come to the agreed time without resigning, I can no longer provide a place for them.
